Table Decor Boxes for Coordinator

Jennifer, on September 5, 2021 at 5:23 PM Posted in Do It Yourself 1 4
I’m DIYing my table centerpieces, reception decor, and purchasing my own chargers, but I’ll hire a day of coordinator to put everything together the day of since I will not have time to do it. I will be providing instructions and pictures to the coordinator.

Any advice on the boxes I should use to store and transport for the guest table decors? Each table will have:1x 16” round mirror1x 9.5” x 3.5” cylinder vase1x 4.875” x 3.75” fish bowl1x fish bowl hurricane1x cylinder vase hurricane1x 3”x5” book (table number)4x egg shaped votive candle holders4x votive candles3x floating candles38 oz decorative stones/gems6-7x charger plates6-7x 20” x 20” napkins6-7x 2”x3” frame as place cards
Wine box cases seem to work except the 16” round mirror doesn’t fit. Might be okay though to store them all together in a different box?
Reading online, they suggested using clear boxes, but I haven’t found one that’s the right size and not like $15+ each.
Would wine boxes be okay? Those are easy to collect through our local liquor store, Sam’s Club, etc. and they’re free. They also come with dividers so the glasswear don’t knock against each other. Table Decor Boxes for Coordinator 1

I think wine boxes should be fine. Make sure you label each box. I used random card board boxes and it was fine.

Yeah it's fine! i had to do the same for my DOC and i just used normal boxes that i labeled like CENTERPIECES, GUEST TABLE, etc

also just a tip for you if you were not planning to do it already - leave a guide for your DOC so that they know exactly what you want or what it should look like. i left photos of how i would set up the stuff by doing mock ups of it and taking photos of that mock up

Yup! I plan on doing that. I have a card board cut out of our table sizes in my basement that I’ve been using to mock up the centerpieces and table settings Smiley smile
