Table decorations

Hello all! Im planning my small backyard wedding and i know what i want but im also stuck because i dont want to much of a color. I dont have a theme but i want to use red and white. I want the centerpieces to be white and red roses and carnations in a clear flower jar. I want white table cloths, white plates, red napkins. Should i use red, clear, or white charger plates.
