We will have around 40 tables for daughter & son in law’s reception. (ours are a bit smaller than 60” so fit 6-7 people, 8 is uncomfortable) There will be a centerpiece of fresh flowers & then typical layout of napkin, flatware, water glass. Please show me your table numbers!

Ha, I think my bitterness is I tried 3x to diy with champagne corks, but resolved to use our venue's "deli" numbers. I explicitly told my planner to take them down after seating, but I saw servers collect individual menus in error. I think I shared my pics with you -- beautiful, formal table, happy faces, but I still get angry when I see those stands. A simple, classic printed card would have sufficed.

I love your hatred. I looked into doing my own and the expense didn’t justify. I’m using the plain old ones provided by the venue and don’t think anyone will care or notice.

I DIY'd mine. Well my bridesmaids and friends helped paint the leaves. I had seen something on Etsy that I was like "oh i can make that" so we did. This is just a prototype of it, but you get the idea. We are getting married on Oct 29th... so we wanted FALL. Smiley smile

That is perfect for a fall wedding!! My worry is the time & effort to make of them!! You are very on the ball for an October wedding! I am leaning toward using card stock & using a Cricut to cut out gold vinyl. Stay tuned!

Love this & that the frames were gifted to you…not sure I want to buy 40 frames…I did find some that were reasonably priced at HobLob but they only had 6 frames..I need a lot more than that…leaning toward card stock!

That is nice that your venue provides them! It is one of the little things that you just say “add it up” when it isn’t available to you! Stay tuned to see what we end up with!

I love these but they don’t go higher than 25 tables & I am pretty certain we are going to need more than that!

I noticed that after I posted them, but figured I'd keep them on there just in case. Hope you find what you're looking for!

Thanks so much!! We bought the terrariums off Etsy. I just looked and it seems like the seller we used closed her shop but there seem to be other similar listings. I bought the geodes from some local crystal shops and a few online sellers. They are all technically bookends so guests can use them after at home. We used removable vinyl so they can peel the numbers off at the end.

Well I have a sample design! The wedding isn’t for 3 months, so I will have time to make them & tweak the design, if needed. I am using gold 5x7 frames from Hobby Lobby…there are 5/pack & cost $7.99. Currently using gold glitter from Cricut & placing on card stock via transfer paper…still figuring this out because when transferring glitter vinyl, you need to use strong transfer paper but it tends to stick too much to the card stock. Also, when using glitter vinyl, you need to use a special pressure setting on your cricut. Phew, it is a lot to learn! I think I will have about $30 cost in vinyl, which I found on sale at Joann’s. I found the card stock at Hobby Lobby for $7.99 for 5.25x7.25 in white & have to trim it to 5x7. The cost per table will be about $2.50. There is a bit of a learning curve & a lot of time involved but I will be able to make all 40 them! The flowers are some I picked up at Joann’s & used as a backdrop to see how it would look on the table, as dusty rose is the wedding color. We plan on having fresh flowers as the centerpiece, with dusty rose napkins, gold flatware & white china with a gold rim. Table Numbers-show Me Yours 4

Ours are us at each age (table 1 is age 1, etc) We're not expecting to have more than 30 tables (we're in our 30s) so this worked for us, but you could just do different pictures of the couple for table numbers instead of at a specific age

I designed them on canva.com, downloaded the images and had them printed with Costco photo (it was the best price for what I wanted) and I will put them in gold frames I got off Amazon

I think card stock is a great idea. that is probably what i would have done if i didn't have the frames

there are a lot of free templates to make pop up tent table numbers - it's economical and you can design your own
