Table numbers, wood unfinished where to buy?

I've seen them at Michael's and Walmart. you can also check Joann's Fabric, AC Moore and Hobby Lobby.

Michael's picture frames, unfinished wood, $1/ea., in three different shapes, no glass, free-standing, vertical or horizontal option.

I spray-painted the cardboard label that came in it with chalkboard paint front and back, then used chalk paint also from Michael's to paint them a dusty blue, and then applied a brown wax - sold by the same chalkpaint company - over, which gave a slightly green 'patina' to them, highlighting the natural wood grain.

Shown is the test centerpiece with raw wood frame, frame painted with finish, and frame on table at wedding. I'm happy to answer any questions

E.T.A - I tried four different finishes before settling on this one - one with an ivory chalkpaint, one with the blue, and one with no chalk paint, one with a 'weathered' gray stain, and one with just the brown wax coat.

@Danielle - they hold 4x6 photos, so I think the outside edge size is between 5x7 and 6x8. They also have a plain rectangle with rounded edges, and there's another shape that I can't remember. We got ours from craftcuts.com. They're fairly inexpensive, but I really liked that I could pick the exact size that I wanted along with a the font that I wanted. They also offer different stains along with unfinished. We went with letters, but they also have numbers.
