Table setting

I found out our venue now only offers ivory table linens and white napkins for all events. Does anyone know if regularly that most venues do not set up chargers for the event? If I were to buy chargers to give a pop to the tables would I need to set them up myself?
If there are any recommendations for how these details should be planned it would be really helpful! I’m not sure how all these small details work with guidelines that vendors put into place. We don’t have money to spend on a wedding planner. So, I am unfortunately winging this.

    Does your venue happen to include a day of coordinator or an event planner? If so, that person would likely set out chargers for you. If not, you could see if the catering staff (or whoever is doing the linens and napkins) would also set out the chargers.

    Every venue has different rules. You’ll need to ask if they would be willing to use and place the chargers you provide, either as a courtesy or perhaps at an additional cost. If not, you’ll have to see if they will allow them at all and if you or someone you hire or who offers to help would be allowed to set them up.
