I'm doing long tables at my reception, (3) 6' tables put together end to end to make one long 18' table. I got a quote from a rental company for regular polyester linens, and they put down (3) 90"x132" table cloths to cover the entire length. I'm trying to figure out a way to get nicer linens without breaking the bank. If I were to get (2) 90"x156" tablecloths and overlap them in the middle (there should be 3' of overlap to work with), would that seam look strange? I'm thinking crinkled taffeta if that makes any difference.
