Tailor, tone, use some sort of anti-chafe?

It is tight around there but the only thing about toning which is helpful, pending your body type you could get bigger around there due to muscle. I am not sure if that fabric can be but I do not see why not. I would contact a seamstress. The dress if beautiful and it does look nice on you. I am working on toning my upper back too so I do get ya.

Bodyglide is what I was thinking - I wasn't sure if anyone had ever tried it before. I'm definitely going to see what the seamstress can do.

That's a really good point! I've done a lot of toning already since that picture even, and it's still pretty snug around that area. So while it may look nicer, I think you are right that the muscle may keep it the same size. I'll be starting my search for a seamstress next month. And thank you so much! I feel awesome in it!
