Tall to short or short to tall?

Erin Wood, on March 22, 2017 at 2:33 PM Posted in Community Conversations 0 10

We don't have a MOH or a BM so pretty much the order of everyone will be based on what looks the nicest. We only have 2 on each side. Do you think it should be tallest to shortest with shortest closest to us, or the other way around?

Thanks!

    If you are shorter than both of them, I think it should go shortest to tallest. If you are taller, I think it should go tallest to shortest. If you are in between, pick the one who will make your train or veil look the nicest once you reach the front.

    I'd just let your photographer worry about it. That's what you're paying him/her for!

    Aint nobody got time to worry about these little details. Smiley winking

    I'm not sure kinda have a similar situation. My MOH is 6' and 2 bridesmaids are 4'10 & 5'. The guys are all 6' .

    Put whoever is closest to your height closer to you. If you're 5'0 don't put the 6'0 person next to you. If you're 5'10, don't put your 5'2 friend next to you. If you're somewhere in the middle, I'd probably put the shorter person closest.

    One of my BM's is 5'2". The other is 5'10". I'm 5'7" but will probably wear 1-2" heels. I would love to let the photog make the decision but he won't be there during the rehearsal. I have to have someone make my veil and train look nice?? Never even considered that. Lol!l

    Have the one closer to your height stand next to you. Not that it really matters, but I think it will look a teeny bit nicer that way.

    I'd also take into consideration how tall FH is! mine is only 5'8 (I'm only 5'3) so he wouldn't want two tall people on the outside of us bc we'd look like dwarves.

    @Victoria- FH is 6'2" and his GM's are 6'3 and 5'9" I think.
