Taller than the groom- heels or no?

so I'm about a half inch taller than my groom without shoes. debating on whether I should wear heels because with heels I'm way taller than him. he says he doesn't mind that. but I don't want to be towering over him. what should I do?

FH is only slightly taller sooo I am opting for a short heel! I do think some type of heel helps the fit/lay of the dress.

Thank you. ❤ This is really one of the small things in the overall picture. Your day will be so beautiful. Just soak it all in and have beautiful memories. You'll figure out what shoes to wear.

So long as there is no discomfort on the part of either you or your partner, I encourage you to wear the shoes that you love and make you feel beautiful!

Thank you everyone for the feedback. I have decided to wear my heels and get a pair of nice sandals also. Smiley laugh
