Tan lines and a strapless dress

I work outside in the sun about 10 hours a day. I wasn’t thinking and wore a tank top the other day and what do ya know I have a horrible tan line right across my boobs and on my shoulders from the straps. I have a tanning bed subscription that I just started today but will that actually get rid of the tan lines? I’m a little worried because my dress is strapless and I honestly wasn’t wanting to be like really tan for my wedding but I literally can’t avoid the sun and I am 1/4 Filipino so I tan easier than I wish. Will the tanning bed get rid of the lines or am I still going to need makeup? My wedding is in August so I have a little time to correct it
