I saw some beautiful flower garlands at Michael's. I thought they were would be perfect for a Tangled theme anything :-) They looked just like the flowers in her hair. good luck

If your venue doesn't allow floating lanterns like they send up... Cylinder lanterns along the path way to the reception would look amazing too. Just me but I would hide a unicorn some where it would be fun.

Anything renaissance related. Shields (they CAN be tastefully done) with your crests. Light muted colors, golds. ropes. candles. Those will all contribute.

Lots of purples and golds. Also if you can, maybe some floating lanterns like in the movie.

Oh you should do a nice braid with some flowers in your hair! And you don't Have to use the colors from the movie. I am doing Beauty and the beast and I am doing a pale green and pale pink for my colors to give it more of a garden color scheme.

I love some of these. I agree that more subtle touches will go a long way... though I'm curious to know if people would get the joke when the wedding party greets you with a frying pan line.

Color can be added in via plate charges and/or table runners.

The sun emblem could be worked in a few different ways. Maybe as part of a monogram backdrop. Or as fabric in the center of tables.

Maybe sneak the chameleon (Pascal) into an arrangement somewhere.

THe lanterns are a big issue since many places just flat out don't allow it (and I'm not even talking about venues.. I mean city/county regulations regarding litter and fire). Instead, swap out the real candles with battery powered, and string them up, either at your entrance, or maybe over your dance floor at varying heights, with hard wire. I've seen similar work with umbrellas.

I am actually having a fairytale themed wedding and have a few tangled centerpieces that I will be doing. I found my ideas by going on pinterest and searching tangled wedding. Hope That helps.

I don't think you necessarily need floating lanterns, but include some sort of lanterns, lots of flowers, braided hair. Heck, you could even bring your cast iron frying pan for some decoration! I'm using charger plates under my centrepieces (low vases), so you could do the same, but with frying pans. Some of the celtic knot designs might be nice (braids remind me of celtic knots).

These are fantastic ideas thank you all so much! We're making our own paper lanterns (ordered the products form etsy.com), we're incorporating the Sun Crest in most of our lanterns. As far as flowers we've ordered miniature Pascal figures to hang from the bouquets as well as vases for the centerpieces.
