Target or Amazon

Makayla, on January 17, 2020 at 9:55 PM Posted in Registry 0 10
I made a registry at Bed Bath & Beyond. But I can’t decide if I should do another one at Target or on Amazon. What have you registered at? 💝

We arent asking for material things. We created a SoKind registry and asked people to donate to specific charities in our name, but only if they wish.

Daughter considered Target (along with Macy's and Kohl's), but she read a lot of feedback that a downside of Target is they change their product lines pretty frequently, so a lot of stuff becomes "no longer available" in a relatively short amount of time. She went with Macy's for her good china, flatware, crystal, etc., and Kohl's for her housewares & linens (unfortunately, I think Kohl's ended their registry).

We are registered with Bed Bath & Beyond and Amazon. There’s not actually a lot of things we’ve asked for on either but feel like it’s enough to get us started. We added some “experiences” on our BB&B registry that we are really excited for too.

We did Bed Bath and Beyond, Crate & Barrel, and Pottery Barn. I had a few friends regret registering at Target because their stuff doesn’t last very long.

I chose Bed Bath and Beyond and Amazon. I debated Target, but felt like most of the stuff there I could get at BB&B or Amazon, and Amazon had stuff that wasn’t available elsewhere.

My fiance and I have lived together for a while and have most of the home stuff we need, so we didn't want a big registry. Amazon was the only retailer we did because you can get literally anything on it

We registered for items on Amazon, where you can literally buy anything, and set up a honeymoon fund on Zola as well.

We have our registry at target. There have only been a couple of things we had to swap out because of availability so far. I also like the coupon you get to finish your registry. So we have been putting everything that we have wanted to upgrade on our registry so we can use our discount after the wedding to get the stuff we would buy anyway for less.
