Tea Light candle in 4oz mason jar?

Has anybody ever tried this?

will they fit? They will be flameless.

My walmart is all out of the 4oz ones... and I was just going to order them offline through amazon

Im going to make them to hang on our tree branch centerpieces.

I'm going to do something similar but instead I bought all of my mason jars at Goodwill (they were I think .24 cents each?) and they are full size. By the looks of it, it seems like the tealights would fit nicely. I'm pretty sure the usual length for tealights are 1.5 inches, so if the jars are that long or longer, it should be fine.
Also; the tealights I'm getting are also 1.5 inches tall. From what I can tell, the jars are about 2 inches tall to 3.5 inches tall.
