Hi everyone! My FH and I have decided to go for teeth whitening treatments before the big day but have no idea where to start figuring out what kind of whitening to do. We definitely want to do a professional one instead of an at-home one. I did a quick search and found out that there are several different types- Zoom, Lumibright, Absolute White... Has anyone done a professional teeth whitening? Which would you recommend or are they all the same? Thanks all!

    My dentist said to use Crest White Strips because it's the same active ingredients as the in-office treatments but are way cheaper and more customizable (IE: I have sensitive teeth so I can take the strips off if my teeth start to buzz)
