I did zoom whitening and had no sensitivity at all. And I tend to have very sensitive teeth!

    I’m sorry, it wasn’t zoom...It was opalescence!!
Oh, and if you do have very sensitive teeth, stay away from the crest whitening strips!! I had them on my teeth for less than one minute and ouch!!!

I’ve done oil pulling with coconut oil. I already have pretty white teeth, but I liked it and it’s cheap and can be done at home

I would recommend asking your dentist... they already know a good bit about your teeth and mouth, and could recommend some good ones..

I used teeth whitening strips a few weeks before my wedding but before I did I asked my dentist and she told me to floss more before I start the whitening

I'm using burt's bees charcoal whitening and their whitening tooth paste. I don't know if it works I just started using it. I have very sensitive teeth and wanted something that wouldn't make them worse

I had the opposite experience. Hubby & I love Crest white strips! I use their “gentle” kind.

Hubby did a dentist treatment for his first wedding (Zoom?), and his teeth were so sensitive his front tooth chipped off during honeymoon! His regular dentist told him to avoid those dentist treatments—too harsh.

Trial and error. What works for one person doesn't work for someone else. I've tried whitening strips and toothpaste and didn't notice any difference. Coconut oil was the best experience of any over the counter products.

I find that crest white strips work the best. ive been using them for years. my dentist said everyone will react to them differently. if your teeth are a certain shade it will work the best. i know some who tried them with no result but youll just have to try and see what works
