Teeth whitening

I used the crest whitening strips and that was good

Crest White Strips! Avoid dentist treatments (like Zoom I think). They’re too harsh on your teeth. Hubby chipped his front tooth after getting that treatment then his regular dentist told him he should not do those in-office treatments.

I used Chest Whitening Strips, their toothpaste and mouthwash as well.

This is what I found, I started it this week and no problems so far
