The horse is such an amazing touch!

We got the invitations from Etsy. They originally came as red and blue but the person who did them had no problems with changing the colors for us and she added the picture I sent her for the back of the invites. Love her work

My whole goal is for people to have fun after a big ugly cry at the ceremony.

i never thought I’d get married again after my first husband died when I was 36. Happily I was wrong. MY FH and I are writing our own ceremony to incorporate all our feelings about our emotional love-at-first-sight journey. We’ve chosen great music about finding each other and are including flowers that represent both our families.

For our reception, we want to have fun and let loose. We want our guests to have fun and our personalities to shine through. We are both board game nerds so we’ve designed Scrabble centerpieces for the table. We hope this will help break the ice for people who don’t know each other and set off fun competitions between those who do. We’re going to have a kids station set up with coloring sheets and stickers and a few board game tables for people who don’t dance.

I have five ‘daughters’ from our foreign exchange program. We plan to incorporate something from each of their cultures. Our Thai daughter is being silk ties for the men. Our Danish daughter gave me some little bird sculptures that I plan to use for the top of the cake. I got a headpiece from Turkey. We will serve Belgian chocolate mousse. Still trying to figure out a Malaysian touch

We aren’t doing a lot of the old or new traditions. Just trying to keep things fun and low key. Got an all inclusive package at a local resort and I’m excited about not having to do a ton of work. Show up and enjoy.

WOW Renee! I love your theme!

I love your wedding style and considered it for a moment but it wouldnt go very well with my bold colors.

I have fairly simple elegance with lots of clean lines. My ceremony will be a celtic hand fasting so the altar cloth, guys' kilts and girls' sashes will be wicklow county tartan. My decorations have large blocks of navy blue and Emerald green, including my navy backdrop with green letters over it.

A friend and I are going to tackle dying my veil. She is so sweet, she bought a bolt of material to practice on I'm sure it will be beautiful💜

We are going with a minimal edgy boho theme.

Our invitations are antler boho style, simple, nothing fancy, but very me.

Our ceremony venue is a restored 1920's house on the porch with nothing but birchwood candle clusters on the stairs. Our reception venue is a local restaurant that has an amazing brunch menu (we are having a morning ceremony and reception).

My hair is a mix of cobalt blue with some teals in there, so that is our pop of color. :-)

Decor is all eucalyptus, cheesecloth, birchwood candles, white antlers with gold accents....bohemian, slightly edgy and minimal decor. Cupcake accented with gold antlers instead of a cake. My dress is all lace with a corset tie back, and my head piece (no veil) is all pearl, crystal and shine.

We camp, hike and backpack all the time, so for an intimate 17 person (total!) wedding, we thought this would be a nice tie in to nature while keeping it "wedding".

Beautiful, wedding inspiration, I love horses and he/she would be quite gorgeous as well. My wedding inspiration is marble/geometric themed. Mainly because my fiance and I are as solid as ever. We've come thru some hard obstacles and we've done them together. Go team Sullivan, so solid is what I think of with these pics, whacha think?
