I’ve been sick all week too, but we have friends coming up from Florida this weekend, I’m super excited because we haven’t seen them in almost a year! Right now I’m trying to get over my sleepy self so I can clean the house.

As for good things... I'm at work right now and we're near a hot wedding venue. We've been watching groomsmen and bridesmaids walk around for awhile and even caught a glimpse of the bride! it's been fun people watching, but then the bride and a friend ducked inside our place of work and asked if it was alright if they hid for a moment while the groom passed by. We absolutely let her stay and chatted for a few minutes. It's always great to watch the different wedding parties walk by during the summer and comment on how beautiful everything is.

That aside, I started working on my veil-which is made from a layer of organza off my mother's wedding dress and I couldn't be happier with it.
