Have you looked at wedding wires actual website..I thought I saw something on there.

WW has a cool seating chart tool. You'll need to use the browser to do it, but it's quite helpful.

Weddingwire has an amazing seating tool that will import your guests over from your guest list. Once you seat everyone you can run a report that will give you table number and seat number in one column. That report if you select export report will open in excel with all your information.

With a creative mind, I would go to the dollar store and buy a huge poster board, and make circles as tables and use the skinny colored sticky tabs with names on them and place them at the tables. You could have it color coordinated, and move it around if needed. That's what I plan on doing when it comes to that time

WW's seating is pretty easy to use. However, I also did was ALSpit did with the poster board. So much easier to adjust when we start getting RSVP's.

Wedding Wire's tool is really great, once you get all your guests imported. I just finished mine last night and sent the image to the caterer. If you track rsvps in WW it's really easy and will show you who hasn't been seated yet that is accepted, so you don't accidentally miss anyone.

Google sheets has a wedding planner template as well as excel. Just look through the templates.
