I’m having my big wedding next Saturday and the temps keep going up. Does any one know how much a rental would be for a tent or umbrellas for outside would cost?

Hi Heather! We rented two tents, 6 tables and 40 chivari chairs for only $800. This included all setup and tear down. We loved them!! Worth the price!! If you are in PA, Party Plus did ours and has a variety of options. They were great!!

You need to contact party rental businesses in your area. Price depends on your location.

Hi Heather! Tents can get pricey depending on how big you need them to be!! Like Michelle said, I'd start contacting local rental businesses for quotes:

In our area tent rentals for 100 or so guests run around $2000.

We ended up getting 7 umbrellas for 200. Our venue has chairs and tables already. I’m pretty surprised they don’t have umbrellas. It’s Tucson, it’s so hot here.
