  I would just go to Walgreens and get cheap pretty ones that say thank you so you can write a separate message for them

  I agree with Peggy, I would just get some cute cheap thank you cards from the dollar store or something for those who didn't attend.

  I’d just add a note that says you’re sorry they couldn’t attend but appreciate their thoughtfulness. I wouldn’t bother getting new thank you cards. People will understand.
