A very nice, personal thank you card after the wedding is what I'd do in your position.

And definitely shout that person out by name in your review of the venue!

Yes, this is along the lines of what I was going to say!! If you really enjoy working with him, make sure that people who want to book your venue know that someone as stellar as this coordinator works there!

If I were you, Maggie, I would do a nice thank you note and, if you've gotten to know him a little bit, maybe a gift card to Starbucks or a nice bottle of wine, something small like that. That's if I were in your shoes, which I'm not, but you do you. I'm sure he'll appreciate whatever you do to thank him.

We gave our venue coordinator a tip in the thank you card. He stayed late a lot of evenings to show us the space and meet and we were very grateful.
