The Bouqs Experience

Jennifer, on October 27, 2021 at 8:51 AM Posted in Planning 0 3
Has anyone here used The Bouqs? What was your experience like? I’m just starting to research florists and this came up as an option. How do their prices compare to independent florists for bouquets, boutonnière, and corsages? I have a 20% off coupon and with that the bridal bouquet is $80, bridesmaid bouquets are $60, boutonnières are $8, and corsages are $12 for most of their collections. I think you can also fully customize for an extra charge, but I’ll probably just go with a collection.

I do not have personal wedding experience with them. But my future mother in law received flowers from them and they are spectacular. Hope that helps

Thank you! I’ve been looking at independent florists in my area and they charge easily twice as much!! I may go with The Bouqs for our bouquets, boutonnières, and corsages. I’m making my own submerged rose centerpieces. If I have Garland and ceremony florals that I absolutely need, then that’s maybe when I’ll go to a florist.

I haven't received the flowers yet so I can't speak to the quality of the bouquets, but I went back and forth with Aimee Harp from The Bouqs and she's super easy to work with. I don't know if it's just where I live, but almost every single local independent florist I spoke with charged 1.5 - 2x as much for the exact same bouquet as The Bouqs. Aimee gave me the estimated stem counts in each bouquet and they list the exact florals used and that's what I gave the florists along the pics from The Bouqs catalog. The only thing is you can't customize prearranged collections (but you can for the DIY). I wanted a pop of burgundy in my Bridal Bouquet and Aimee helped me pick the perfect one since you're allowed to mix and match the collections! Without hesitation, I purchased the florals from The Bouqs given how much all the florists in my area quoted me. I also had a 20% off coupon for buying my dress from David's Bridal so it was a no brainer. I will make a post on the quality of the bouquets when I receive them.
