Michigan announced today that gatherings of 100 that are outside are allowed. For an August bride like myself, this is very good news! With all of the bad news of people cancelling their weddings, or other negativity in our country right now, I thought I would create a forum to talk about the good things that are happening with our weddings? Did you say yes to the dress? Pay your last payment? Share the good stuff!!

    We are allowed up to 300 in and outdoors, however no dancing as of yet. We have Amy Acton (dictator) whom secretly signed an order Friday night to extend more closures and no gatherings of more than 10 people (not including wedding receptions). Until 7/1. Even with the cases, deaths, all of it decreasing. So we will see what happens. I know that IN is opening completely on 7/1/20 hopefully we follow suit.

    That's awesome!! So happy for you!

    Our latest good news is that we ordered almost all of our stationary yesterday! Truly Engaging is doing a 75% off sale so we got all of it early! It was a ~$1350 total, and we paid ~$340!! I can't wait to see it!!

    That’s great! I love hearing good news from other brides, especially now. My wedding band will arrive this Wednesday and my first dress fitting is in a couple weeks! I’m so excited! 😁
