How do we sync them together? I need some ideas!! I don't NEED to have a white dress. Our wedding is being held in the summer and outdoors.

I don't think Camo will be "classy" but I think it'll look cute! You just got some really good ideas from these girls! I love TTD though...and what better way than a mud pit?!

Hmm, so you want classy, but there will be a mud pit...

What about instead of camo print, do camo colors. You can add in camo touches, like ribbon on the bouquet and boutineers and napkins. I'd keep the camo to a minimum. This is a wedding, not a drunken, redneck party. If that's what you want for your wedding- fine. But be prepared to have alot of people talking, and not in the good way.

My sister threw this idea around at one point in time as well. You can still have classic and camo at the same wedding if you do it right.

If it were me i would go with the camo colors, and maybe touches of the actual camo print like mentioned before. i would just go with an out doors kinda feel verses actual camo. i do LOVE the white dress with the split and top sash thing in camo! that would be awesome! this is giting to be a stretch, but maybe have that dress with an overlay that you will wear for the wedding, then at the reception the overlay can be taken off and the camo will be under. just a thought.

My Hubby really wanted camo SOMETHING. So, he got camoflage underpants for the big day. He was cool with it. If you want to do more than that. I honestly don't know what to tell you. I can't really picture a camo wedding.

This program has asked me a couple of times if I have any upcoming weddings that would suit their show:

I think she wants the ceremony to be nice and sophisticated then the party to be a big huge fun relaxing party.

I would suggest using the colors and shades of camouflage, but not the camo pattern itself. You can create an earthy feel that is more rustic and elegant with browns and olive tones. This would be a good compromise.

Camo itself may not ring classy but I think you can have a classy wedding incorporating it. I agree Autumn it will look cute.. and since its ur family and your crowd I'm sure they won't be too shocked...Obviously its not a foreign concept there seems to be lots of wedding items done in camo... I love mudding in a jeep not sure I'd want to wrestle in it but sounds like you will have a blast.

Well you can still have a beautiful wedding including the camo. As you can see her dress is only white, his tux is black and he has a camo vest and tie. Their wedding color was green (color of cake ribbon) and the groomsmen wore attire like the groom is, and the bridesmaids wore the same green as the ribbon in the photo. They also have the camo table runners you can see in the photo, as well as other accents.

I really like the camo vest and tie under the black tux. I think we wil go that route. Thank you ladies! I found my dress. its not camo at all. and as for people talking. that doesnt happen in our family and friends everyone knows about Jeffs passion for the outdoors. He isnt a grubby redneck but he does like his camo. even his wedding band is camo
