    I think I'd rather have jelly belly than drink milk. (Milk really skeeves me out.) But I guess I can stick with my Greek yogurt.

    I don't believe this one bit because if that was true then I would have the flatest belly on the planet, I drink milk more than anyone probably, my carton milk runs out in 3 days top and that's at work, I'm not even counting home.

    I use to drink milk for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Maybe it depends from person to person, it sure does not work for me, that I know.

    I actually have a friend who swears by this, but she said it is skim milk. Skim milk is gross.

    Skim milk and soy milk is the way to go... Or just water. There is a tribe in Africa that locks their bride to be in a hut to drink milk until she gains at least twice her weight. Look it up, it's true!

    Protein in general kicks ass at keeping you lean. Healthy fat does too! Avocados, coconut, nuts, olives--because a girl can't live without some fat. It's just not right. And believe it or not, all those stupid commercials about fiber have a point. Not pooping makes you round, haha.

    Plus, don't overeat, and eat when you're hungry. And WORK OUT! Some way that you ACTUALLY ENJOY! I refuse to do situps. I hate them. But it's okay, because I like Pilates.

    However, my body cheated and got good genes. My maid of honor eats healthy and works out and is still quite curvy; it just lets her have a waist between her curves. The stuff I just wrote is what's helped me lose the last 8 pounds of chunkachunk after I weaned my baby Smiley tongue

    You know... I gained 20+ lbs after cutting back on my milk intake. I used to be able to drink a gallon of 1% milk in 4 days... now I don't often finish a gallon in a week. Too funny that I'd decided just a few days ago that maybe that was one of the ways I could cut down on the weight... glad there's some "science" to back it up. Smiley smile Maybe it'll actually work!

    I can't drink milk!! But I do try to get enough protein, and I take calcium supplements... hopefully that will help!! lol

    Olive oil and avocados are supposed to be good for reducing belly fat... apparently the "healthy" fats make you crave less of the unhealthy kind Smiley smile

    I don't like milk either - yuck! I always thought I was in the minority on that.

    However, I am addicted to olive oil and I use way too much of it. It's so good!

    Id rather hate milk than water.... i hate water o_o yea. the essence of life grosses me out, i cant drink it plain!

    Not a milk lover either, only way I can get it in is when I eat cereal and it's 1% at that.
