I’m trying to get my favors ordered from The Knot Shop, but their site never works. I sent wedding wired a message about it and they said that it was my computer. But I tried it on a different computer, multiple phones, including my sisters computer and android as well as my regular non-Apple computer and also my iPhone and it never loads or if it does load once I get inside to try to place my order that stops loading. I have been trying to get these favors ordered for the past three weeks. Has anyone else had this problem?

I’ve had issues too on multiple browsers. I eventually gave up and figured to give it a couple of days for the knot to sort it out.

Sorry you are having issues! I ordered my personalized napkins from there and was so impressed, plus they were so cheap on sale but really look expensive! Maybe give it a day to work out whatever glitch is happening... good luck!

I looked into The Knot Shop when I was planning. The prices are great for the actual items, however, the "personalization fee" that is added on in your cart is outrageous! I am not sure if you have even been able to make it to that step yet, but I just wanted to warn you!
I ended up ordering nothing from them because of it.

I actually did get to that step at one pointYou’re so right, they do tac on a crap ton for personalization! I was even ready to just say frig it n buy them because I can’t really find a similar design and I really wanted the ones I saw but it wouldn’t even allow me to check out LOL so I’m just gonna try to find something elsewhere at this point.

I'm not sure exactly what you are buying, but I was looking for personalized glasses for our bridal party. I ended up having a friend with a Cricut make them for us. Saved me hundreds lol.

Yesss that’s what I want! Personalized stemless wine glasses. I was thinking about the 9 ounce, but the larger ones look so much nicer.

This is what we ended up doing. Wine glasses for the wine glasses, beer glasses for the beer drinkers. In their favorite colors (and of course sparkly white for "bride" ). This is just a few of them. I couldn't find the photo with all of the glasses.
