The One Registry Collective

carolyn, on November 18, 2018 at 1:29 PM Posted in Registry 0 6

For those registering at William Sonoma, Pottery Barn and/or West Elm, what are you listing your registry on your invitation to be at? New combined corporate name is called The One Registry Collective, but not sure guests would even know what this name is. Should I just pick one name and say: Registered at Pottery Barn?

I registered at Zola and Liberty Travel. I listed both registries on my wedding website.

I didn’t put any registry info on my wedding invitation. My Pottery Barn registry was linked on my wedding website and my shower invite said I was registered at Pottery Barn.

Registry info shouldn't go anywhere on or with the invitations. You can put it on your website. I registered at both Williams Sonoma and Pottery Barn and specified each one and included their links on my website.

We linked the West Elm site for The One Registry on our website. However, guests will have to buy from Williams Sonoma directly or Pottery Barn directly if they want those items instead. If they try to buy an item while on the West Elm site, it takes them to the Williams Sonoma or Pottery Barn pages but doesn't link them to the registry on those sites (it takes them to an empty shopping cart). We have received many gifts that weren't marked off as completed due to this error. I would not suggest using The One Collective because there are too many bugs in the site and it's not a clean process for either the guests or the couple.

Thanks for this feedback - was considering it but definitely hadn’t heard this before about them
