So My fiancé and I just found out that we are pregnant. this is a huge surprise especially since last December we had our still born and was using protection , my emotions are all over the place excited and scared, I will be 2 months post partum by the time my wedding is here, we would loose about 15 k to move the wedding to a later date so that is not an option. I don't know what I am going to do about my dress, can they make the dress bigger? it was one size bigger when I ordered it so I am hoping they can make the dress bigger

Congratulations! I would talk to your seamstress about making the dress bigger, I'm sure this is not an uncommon occurrence.

Congratulations!!! If it's already 1 size too big then I don't see a problem with them making it a little bigger. How exciting!!!

They can usually add a corset. Thats what I'm doing since my dress fits perfectly everywhere but won't zip at the bust. It's usually a cheap alteration as well. That can add a few inches. You can also change the design completely and add side panels. That's a more spendy alteration. Just keep in mind your options are a lot more limited. Clothing is usually sewn with a 1/2 to 1 inch seam allowance so I don't think you could keep it perfectly the same if you needed to go beyond that.

Congratulations!! And as for the dress, they can usually let out the dress by 1-2 sizes. Definitely check with a seamstress, though like a previous comment mentioned, they could also change the back to a corset to help with changing the dress size.
