We discussed the angry things that burn our toast. Now lets discuss the sweet things that melt our butter. Things that make you say awwwww!

1) To see old men still open the door for their wives. awwww

2) Little boys who are bad all day until they get sleepy and they craw in their mommies lap and rest their heads on her chest while rubbing their little eyes.

3) when I see loving young couples grocery shop together.

My brother (who is 6yrs younger than me) melts my heart. When he gets all emotional when something happens with me. When I found out I was preggo he was the first person I told and I was terrified. The father and I were broken up after 7yrs and I was a wreck. Anyways my bro said "no worries I am excited and u should be too. this is a blessing and TRUST she has ME forget a Daddy" lol Then during the pregnancy he made sure I had everything I needed from comfy shoes to the first plate at family dinners.

    1. I love seeing elderly couples holding hands etc, I always turn to FH and tell him that that will be us.

    2. Infants-I never used to feel that way, but I guess my biological clock is ticking. I just love them.

    3. When FH calls just to say I love you.

    4. When I think about my first date with FH and how we held hands and walked swinging like two little school children. ( yea I know corny, lol)

    I'm such a mush.

@Meghan: Oh yes, that is great fun. I particularly like flight suits, so simple! Either that or when he has his gortex pants and just his black undershirt on... something about that combo just gets me.

Oh, and dragons. I so want a pet dragon.

The first thing that comes to mind is when I'm at work and say for instance this past week I had a husband whose wife was sick and in the hospital. It melts my heart to see a husband (or wife) sit beside his/her spouse all day long with that look of love in their eyes. Even if they've been married for 40 years and to see they are still very much in love with each other and to know that the healthy spouse has his sick spouse's back. And then when the healthy spouse goes home and he calls me to check on his wife throughout the night. Aww man, that brings tears to my eyes!!

FH calls me every morning when he gets to work. Just to say he loves me.

His dad has done that for his mom forever and They are still in love with each other after 35 years.

Older couples who are still so obviously in love are the cutest...

But what really gets my butter... As I was reading through these posts FH walks in the door after running up to the store for some soda and hands me a bouquet of flowers... No reason other than he wanted to. God I love this man!

Holding my nieces as they fall asleep... Opening the drawer in my bathroom and noticing I magically have floss... FH picked some up for me. =)
