So I've been struggling trying to find something from my now 'Southern Elegance'/'Rustic Glam' theme, but I think I've found it... PIE!
Thats right, pie. Whats more southern than pie? I've seen wedding cakes as centerpieces so I thought why not pie? Each table will have a different flavored pie, and then in the mason jars surrounding it (down the table runner) will be filled with what the pie is (peaches, cherries, pecans)
It also helps because I wont to table numbers, just a sign to say what kinda pie and then people will be seated at the Apple Pie Table
Then when we cut the cake, the pies will be cut and people and go around the the tables and get a piece if they prefer
I think its a good idea? Not Crazy right? Maybe 2 pies per table? Long rectangular 8ft tables (4 people each side)
