Thinning Hair & Clip Ins

Hey Ladies,
I have thinning natural hair with lots of shedding...mostly from some very stressful years and now possibly hormonal. I want a pretty style fir the wedding and am torn between a wig, clip-ins or going to the salon and getting some kinky twists or something along that line. Does anyone have experience with clip ins and thinning hair? Thanks for your help!

I wore a halo and a topper. Just make sure your stylist is comfortable with these specific types. A lot of stylists are accustomed to clip ins but a few that I talked to didn't seem to know what a topper was. I had bangs cut in mine to hide the hairline

I like halos because they don't pull on your hair. The string is not visible
I have a friend who wears wigs that are presumably fully styled already. If you want to style the extensions or wig, they need to be human hair or synthetic that is heat friendly

Thanks for responding. I had to look up a halo topper myself. Unfortunately, I don't see any for ethnic hair. Would definitely love to have it since it doesn't pull hair. Thanks again!

I'd echo talking to whoever will be doing your hair on your wedding day. Someone may be more comfortable/ skilled with one over the other and that could impact the final look.
