This is so Hard: Fiancè might not love my dress

I think you look very classy, elegant, and stunning! The dress is very flattering for your figure. As long as YOU love it, that's all that matters; you're the one that's going to be wearing it. I really don't think its too simple either, I believe it's the perfect in-between. But I do see where you're coming from. I have found my dress as well and fell in love with it when I tried it on. Its nothing like the dress I imagined either when I walked into the dress shop, its really completely different than what I envisioned. My style is more of a boho-whimsical style and I found a dress that's sleek, modern, and bold! I have shown many people in my family and have gotten several negative comments. My dress plunges and my family has said its too skimpy. I'm just trying to ignore the negativity though and hold onto that feeling I had when I tried the dress on. I was WOWd and knew it was "the one!" Its very easy to second guess yourself, but everyones tastes are different. Just go with what feels right for you. You'll know when its the one, and your groom will love you in anything.

This might not be for everyone, but I had some of the same worries and talked with my partner. He's fairly....stoic? I guess? So he just said "well what reaction do you want me to have?" and I told him I wanted him to be tearing up when he saw me. He just goes "fine, done." So I guess he'll drop in some Visene and make it happen! Maybe tell him how you're hoping he'll react a bit, so he can maybe 'prep himself'. Some dudes look like a dear in the headlights.

Absolutely beautiful!!! A dress with that silhouette needs no bling!! It is classy, elegant, and timeless....plus the two layers at the bottom are so cool and fashion-forward....PLUS you want to be the one wearing the dress...not the dress wearing you! Also, no one else's opinion matters except yours!! And definitely not mine, even though I'm commenting on this post

And I agree with a prior commenter...you could even be wearing a paper bag, and he will fall even more in love with you as you're walking down that aisle!!
