I think that would look amazing together! I think having the veil a bit longer than the dress will show off the detail more. Both are gorgeous!

That is a very dramatic look...I personally love it. That particular veil is very pretty too.

Sounds very grand and pretty. You can always wait until your dress comes in and try it on with a similar cathedral veil to see if you like the look, then order it if you like it (but I bet you will!)

How could I try on veils with the dress without buying a veil?

A bridal shop that sells veils will let you try different veils on with your dress. You can be up front that you're considering wearing a veil but aren't sure how it would look with your dress, and you want to try a few on at different lengths to get an idea of how each would look. A bridal salon won't find that unusual at all.

Would this include David's bridal? I dont want to hurt their feelings for having a dress that wasnt from them😂😂 i care a lot about others feelings. Even if its small simple things

Is that where you're getting your alterations done? If so, then yes, definitely still includes DB! No one's feelings will be hurt if you ask to try on some veils to get an idea about what length you might like while you're doing a fitting.
