Throwing birdseed???

If birdseed is your only option, I would skip it. Have you considered Ecofetti?

Ask about Ecofetti or the dried flowers! Bubbles are a option as well!

Raw rice isn't allowed at most venues now because it's not good for the birds and other wildlife!

Ecofetti is really nice. It gives you the look of confetti, but is completely biodegradable and usually disappears immediately when it comes in contact with water. Most venues allow it because it is super easy clean up!

I think my mom had birdseed at her wedding, and she said she was picking it out of her hair/dress all evening, haha!

Ecofetti, flower petals, and bubbles are all great options. We opted to do ribbon wands!

I would not want birdseeds thrown at me either.

What about a lavender toss? Something like this below. It's small looks like birdseed and actually smells nice.
