Throwing petals during ceremony aisle exit?

Place the petals on everyone's seats ahead of time?

I agree, and maybe a cute tag on the bag that explains it.

We are also doing this for our ceremony exit. There are a number of ways you can do this. Some people use petal cones with a tag. I found these great little bags on etsy I plan on purchasing and putting them in the seats that line the aisle.

We're doing something similar, but with ribbon wands instead (I don't want to pick petals out of my hair or bodice). We plan to have my niece and nephew (16 and 13) hand them to the guests as they arrive, along with a quick "wave these around when they come back down the aisle!" If you'll have someone giving out programs or seating guests, that may be an option. I do like the idea of already having them on the seats, though!

We were going to do this except someone left the bag at the hotel of petals. I wanted these pictures so badly! We got glassine bags and stuffed them full of petals and put a sticker on them that said toss me. Then we were going to have my niece and nephew pass them out when people arrived. 1 was going to give them a program and the other would give them a bag of petals.

Why not real petals? They're pretty cheap. You can buy them in bulk online. Otherwise, I think its cute!
