View Quoted Comment I think you’re going to be pretty surprised once you start getting your RSVPs in! We are also having our wedding on Thursday. I wasn’t expecting people to RSVP as quickly as they did, but I feel like it’s because of the fact that we’re having it on a Thursday and people are specifically taking the day out of work to attend or even if they don’t have work, what else do they have going on on a Thursday? LOL Aside from that we are pretty close with all of our guests, but I still wasn’t expecting to get more than half of my RSVPs back and only the first two weeks of sending out RSVPs. We’re having a roughly 90 person wedding and I know it’s not typical to get RSVPs in on time for most, so that’s why I was pretty shocked to see our RSVPs come in so quickly. We had 63 confirmations within the first two weeks. We’re up to 68 confirmed, and so far only two regrets(my FH‘s cousin n his wife). Our RSVPs aren’t due until May 1. I had some concerns initially, but looking at it now it was totally and it is totally worth it

We're 09/01/22 ! The Thursday before labor day weekend. Couldn't be happier - everyone we care about and have reached out too all don't mind taking the next day off. It's less than 100 people and local (and saving us 10k +). Vendors are offering us discounts as well. Some out of town guests will be enjoying the holiday weekend with us before we go on our honeymoon. GO FOR IT SIS.
