Time line

Right now mine is starting at 2pm, hair and makeup will start at 9am and end at 1pm. Cocktail hour will end around 3:30, dinner around 4ish and then have the rest of the night - mine is on a Sunday so can't start too late

10:00am - 2:00pm - Hair & Makeup
12:00pm - Best Man goes to Groom’s apartment to get ready.
3:00pm - Bride leaves JW Marriott for Emerald at Queensridge
3:15pm - Grooms parents leaves for venue
3:15pm - Groom & Best Man leave For venue
4:00pm - Bride & Family Photos
4:30pm - Groom & Family Photos
6:00pm - Ceremony Starts
6:30pm - 7:00pm - Cocktail Hour
7:00pm - Grand Entrance
7:30pm - Dinner
10:30pm - Departure

Our ceremony is also currently scheduled for 5 pm. Haven't figured out the morning/pic timeline yet but our cocktail hour is 5:30-6:30, reception is 6:30-10:30 but we're considering adding an extra hour on.

We gave the same ceremony time 5:00, we are starting hair and make up at 10:30 to 2:30 then to the venue at 3:00 for first looks and family pics then 5:00 ceremony then 5:30-6:30 for cocktail hour then the rest is reception. We don’t have a wedding party so my fh and my son are getting ready at home and my step-daughter, mother and fmil and myself will start early at the hotel. The photographer will be at the venue at 3 since I didn’t want or need getting ready pics.
