We'll have a cocktail hour while we take onsite pictures, and then we'll go right into the reception at the same venue.

There will be 1 hour between the ceremony and guest/family pictures finishing and the start of the reception. That is how much time it takes to get from our ceremony location up on the mountain to the reception spot.

Will your guests be at a cocktail hour, Shay, or are you taking pictures with all of your guests?

I think the cocktail hour is a great idea. It gives the couple time to take picture and gives the guests time to mingle.

Not quite sure yet, it really depends on if we're doing a first look or not. Which we haven't decided. If we don't do a first look, probably 1 hour between ceremony and reception. If we do a first look, the reception will begin right away.
