Hello! I know timeline is asked a lot but I truly am unsure for our timing since we have some nontraditional catering and nontypical wedding in general. Ceremony is for 3 (altho coordinator said expect it to start at 3:15-3:20) and we only have the venue until 9pm.
We arent doing any bridal party, we arent doing any speeches, we arent doing any parent dances. Just an entrance with thrown lavender, couple first dance, and I will give a brief thank you speech. We are serving pizza from a pizza truck (does a buffet so no line) and a taco buffet.
MY QUESTIONS ARE: when do I tell the pizza guy to show? and when do we serve dessert? It will be an ice cream truck so I need to tell that truck when to show too. And when should I give the thank you speech? Since it isnt exactly a plated meal im worried not everyone will be seated at the same time. Thanks!
