That's a very long day. And is Pizza the only food? And only for 15 minutes?

We are doing pizza/wings for our rehearsal dinner. There is absolutely nothing wrong with pizza. Don't let anyone dictate what their not paying for. Pizza is easy and simple. Kudos to you.

Wow this is very detailed and to the minute, but you guys are only going to dance for about 1 1/2.... but like you said you know your crowd and if you are happy with everything it looks amazing.. I need to do some type of wedding timeline.. I tried but its not working LOL

Oh I looked at the garter toss and thought it was a longer event... but it is just breaks in between dancing to keep the program moving. Forgive me I am scramble brain right now.... My countdown is too real.. But I do like how you have it broke down with everything to keep the night moving without any questions....

Professional planner here-

You will need at least an hour for first look, you will need 30+ minutes between when the pizza is served and when you start toasts because it will take everyone longer than 15 minutes to get food, and move the first dance after cake cutting because it will ruin the flow to have everyone watch you dance and then cut the cake. Cut it and then have people join you on the dance floor.

What are your guests going to be doing between 6 and 6:30 while you do the wedding party and remainder of family photos? Are you having a cocktail hour?

Yes I would. You really don't need them through all the dancing so if you need to cut from something cut from there. If you have seen one dancing photo you have seen them all.
