Mines very general but

8am arrive at venue

9am-1pm hair and makeup (idk what time mine will be at)

2pm wedding

2:30 cocktail hour starts

3:30 cocktail hour ends

4:00 probably dinner and then not sure when we will wrap up, its on a sunday so I'm thinking probably end by 9 or earlier.

6pm: Ceremony Starts

6:30pm: Bridal Family Pics/Cocktail Hour Starts

7pm: Couple & Bridal Party Entrance

7:10pm: First Dance

7:15pm: Family Dance

7:25pm: Blessing of the Food

7:30pm: Dinner is Served

8:30pm: Dance Floor Opens

9pm: Cake Cutting

9:10pm: Bridal Bouquet Toss

9:15pm: Garter Toss

10pm: Bar Closes

10:15pm: Sparkler Exit

10:30pm: Reception Ends

Ok this is my current timeline. We are still a year out so Im sure something will change. We are having the ceremony and reception at the same place, ceremony upstairs reception downstairs
8am hair and makeup for me and bridesmaids

10:30am lunch for whole wedding party (getting Subway)
12pm bride and bridesmaids get dressed
1pm pictures of bride and bridesmaids while groom hides
2pm pictures of groom and groomsman while bride hides.
2:30pm bridesmaids turn on all tea lights fairy lights etc
3pm guests start to arrive.
3:30 pm ceremony
4pm receiving line
4:30pm bride and groom and family photos/cocktail hour for guests
5:30pm guests are allowed to find their seats
6pm wedding party and bride and groom entrance
6:20 pm dinner starts (buffet style)
7pm toasts while guests finish dinner
7:30pm cake cutting/dessert served
8pm first dance, father daughter dance, mother son dance
8:30pm bouquet toss
Then spend the rest of the night partying. We will have the keys to the venue and access until 9am the next day. I allowed some buffer time between things in case something runs over.
