Real talk: schedule some time for everyone in the wedding party to have lunch somewhere between getting dressed and heading to the church.

I think planning to arrive to the church 30 minutes before the ceremony is very smart. Buffer time is vital in the schedule!

I agree with having lunch planned. I would also make sure with your caterer that dinner is only going to take an hour. I’ve never been to a wedding where dinner has been less than 1.5-2 hours.

We are having brunch available in the getting ready spaces from 9-12 so the party is able to eat as they get ready!! They will have the time during our first looks to munch also! I changed the time to allow a little more time for the dinner! Thank you

I feel like 2.5 hours of photos before wedding is long

Hi Kaitlin! If you’re interested in taking sunset photos (for me that was important, but certainly not important to all couples) I built in 15 minutes for photos for just my groom and me to sneak out prior to the sunset with our photographer ❤️🌅

That is the time amount our photographer requested since we are doing most family photos prior as well
