Timing for Invitations?

September 21st bride here!! Looking at my checklist, it says I should send my invitations out during July. But I'm not sure how quickly I need to send those out--should I shoot more for the beginning or the end of the month? Either way I know I need to get to work on them Thanks in advance!

Did you send out save-the-dates? And when is the final count due to your venue/caterer? And when is your RSVP date? (Sorry for all the questions!)
I'd probably send them out around July 26.

I’m the day before you and we are hopefully getting ours out in the next week or 2. I’m thinking we will get to stuffing them this weekend.

Anytime this month is really fine, I think. If you didn't send save the dates and/or have a lot of out of town guests (or you're really antsy and just want to send them out already lol) I'd send sooner rather than later. If you did send save the dates and most of your guests are local, you could send later in the month.

Normally I would say 2 months ahead but if you didn’t save a date I would get them out soon. This time of year people are busy and lots going on so sooner is better.

I am getting married September 14 and sent my invitations last week - save the dates went out in mid or late March too. We are asking people to respond by August 7 because we need to get final numbers to vendors by August 17-ish. Also our room block rates expire August 13 so we're trying to encourage guests to RSVP sooner rather than later.

I am also getting married September 21, we sent ours out last week in July which would be about 7 weeks. they says 6-8 weeks & we sent out save the dates.
