Planning my wedding and starting to book hair and make-up. I am in New York City. In terms of gratuity what is the typical amount for gratuity? Is it automatically added on or is it based on discretion? Is 18% a lot or standard? Thanks!

    20% is standard in NYC/Long Island. It is added at your discretion though
