Okay, maybe that's why it's more, although that doesn't include travel fees. I am not sure what hair stylists typically cost in that area, but in Cleveland, OH most I've seen are $100-200 for bridal hair.

For that kind of money, she better be bringing a tiara along. Are you sure the tip isn't already included? Some restaurants do this. At 20% beyond $450, I wouldn't be surprised. She probably gets stiffed regularly.
