Tipping on Makeup and Hair Trial

Definitely tip for your trial! I tipped 20%.

I was in a similar situation: the trial cost was built into my total makeup package. What I did was I asked my makeup artist how much she usually charges for just trials alone, and I tipped 20% of that for the trial. Then for the actual makeup the day of (I also paid for my bridesmaids and the moms) I tipped 20% of the total bill. We had separate vendors for makeup and hair, and I did the same for each
