If you feel that all three vendors have gone above and beyond and deserve a tip, you can tip them however much you feel is right! Commonly, I've heard of people tipping anywhere from $20 to $200 per vendor (factoring in cost of services, number of hours they worked, how above and beyond their services were, etc).

20% is the standard, but reserved for those who gave stellar service.

If our vendor owns their own business then we probably won’t tip. I don’t know if that’s wrong or not but our wedding photographer is costing us $7100 and I feel that’s enough lol

Tip whatever you feel comfortable with that you feel they deserved. Whether they own a business or not is irrelevant. Some people say 10% of the service price or $100 depending, but don’t spend above your means. A tip is only given to those who went above and beyond the call of duty. Not for no shows, bad service or simply showing up to do their job. You should wait until after the wedding is over a day or a week when you have had a chance to assess their performance objectively instead of being stuck on cloud 9 and tipping everyone regardless the night of when you aren’t in the right headspace to tell who is stellar and who is bad.
