Also, keep in mind that tips are not automatic. If you felt that a vendor did not deserve a tip (poor service, major mistakes, etc), you are not obligated to give a tip. If they went above and beyond, give them a tip that you feel is right. A 20% tip typically only applies to hair/makeup, servers, and transportation, and everyone else (photographer, DJ, etc) could get a cash tip somewhere between $25-$200 each.
