Kinda the same question except my HMUA is independent. So know fees to any owner, etc. I’ve heard you don’t need to tip in this type of situation normally like in a salon (like you don’t need to tip the salon owner). But I see everyone saying they are still tipping so I’m curious if this is for services from a solo person or a company. My hair is $250 a person so adding 20% is gonna really be a stretch.

I guess I'm cheap since I tipped them both 15%
